Try using Cellular Data

If the Wi-Fi networks available are not strong enough, you can force your device to use cellular data. This option is only available on smartphones and tablets that are actively covered by a cell phone plan.

Note: your cell phone company may charge you for data usage if you switch to cellular data - this depends on your cell phone plan and is not a PHS charge.

If your phone has limited data, we highly recommend that you only join your appointment from a Wi-Fi network. This will help conserve your data.

If You're On Cellular Data

Your smartphone or tablet automatically defaults to using a Wi-Fi internet connection if one is available and connected. If your device is running on cellular data and you want to switch to Wi-Fi, check the following:

  • Is your Wi-Fi turned on?
  • Is your device setup to connect to a nearby Wi-Fi network?
  • Is your Wi-Fi network signal too weak?
