Getting care outside of New Mexico

Your plan provides coverage for urgent and emergency care outside of New Mexico.

But, your plan may or may not have coverage for non-emergency care outside of New Mexico. Please call the Presbyterian Customer Service Center using the number on the back of your member ID card. You can also review your plan materials to learn more about your plan's out-of-state coverage.

For non-emergency care, coverage may vary, please contact customer service to confirm. Members can find medical or behavioral health providers outside of New Mexico by searching our national network.

Search results don't include all providers from our national netwrok partner. Check your ID Card or the Aetna logo to confirm eligibility for out-of-state coverage.
